About the Hire:

• The hire period commences at 3pm on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
• In addition to the weekly tariff, three and four night breaks are available during the off-peak season, Please telephone or email for details.
• Monday changeovers are sometimes a posssibility during short break periods.
• This is a non-smoking establishment.
• Children are welcome.
• We regret pets not accepted with the exception of guide dogs. We are happy to help you arrange kennelling locally.
• Changeover is on FRIDAY: Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday. Avoid the traffic and enjoy a full weekend with us - holidays are for relaxing!
• SHORT BREAKS are Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.
• Hire Charges Include Bed Linen, Towels, Electricity, Heating, Cot. and baby equipment.
• Prices are in pounds sterling, for up to four people (plus a cot).
• For a party of two, we can deduct up to £50 from the cost of a week or a short break. (Excludes selected peak weeks.)
• The number of available cottages is shown in brackets, we have two cottages in total.
• Provisional bookings do not appear on this page.
• The information below should be accurate, but please telephone or email to check availability or prices.

Reservations for next year:

If you would like to book next year's holiday with us, we are happy to hold a reservation for you until 1st March 2009 for a deposit of only £25-00.

By that date, please either confirm the booking and pay the balance of the deposit, or, should your plans have changed write and tell us, and we will cancel the booking and return your deposit.
